Evan Rowe

Evan R. Rowe grew up in Hickory, North Carolina and is proud to be working in the region where he grew up. He is a 2003 graduate of Hickory High School, a 2007 graduate of North Carolina State University, and a 2011 graduate of the Charlotte School of Law. Mr. Rowe is admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina and the Western District of North Carolina Federal Court.

At NC State, Mr. Rowe was a charter member of the Alpha Sigma Phi national fraternity and an executive board member of the Student Wolfpack Club. During law school, Evan was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team and worked with both the District Attorney's Office and the Public Defender's Office handling cases under the North Carolina third year practitioner rules, which allow third year law students to practice before the Court if under appropriate supervision.

Mr. Rowe is married with a daughter and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf, and working in his yard/garden.

Evan takes special interest in criminal law cases. He has a true passion for advocating on behalf of the accused and helping to give them a voice in the criminal justice system. He cares and works tirelessly to fight each charge, no matter how tough or complicated. For many individuals, this is their first encounter with the legal system, and Evan works to be their trusted guide through the complicated process.

While cases are often resolved without going to trial, Mr. Rowe is an experienced trial attorney who has tried bench and jury trials in both North Carolina District Court and North Carolina Superior Court. Evan seeks to inform his clients about all of their available options and the potential good/bad outcomes of each so that the client can make an informed decision that is best for them.

Evan is an executive member of the Catawba County Bar Association, a member of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Additionally, King & Rowe Attorneys consistently rank as a Top 5 Observer News Reader's Choice.

Mr. Rowe handles DWI/DUI and Criminal law cases in Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell Counties. He welcomes referrals from fellow lawyers who may have a client who needs help in the Greater Unifor Area.
